I had an awesome stay at Petit Palace Tres Cruces. The staff were super friendly and always eager to help out. The location was perfect, just a hop away from Gran Via and other attractions. However, my room was a bit noisy due to being near the lift. Overall, it was a comfortable experience that I'd recommend for a city break.
